Monday Night Pinball · v1.2.0
Roster Stats bookmarklet
Adds Points and POPS columns to any match's team roster page. Works in Chrome on Android, iPhone and iPad, where extensions aren't available, and in Safari.
1 · Copy the code
On a computer, you can drag MNP Stats to the bookmarks bar instead.
2 · Save it as a bookmark
Chrome on Android
- Open any web page, tap ⋮ and tap the ☆ star to bookmark it.
- Tap ⋮ → Bookmarks, tap ⋮ next to the new bookmark and choose Edit.
- Rename it to MNP Stats. Clear the URL field, paste the code, and go back to save.
Chrome on iPhone or iPad
- Open any web page, tap ⋯ and choose Add to Bookmarks.
- Tap ⋯ → Bookmarks, press and hold the new bookmark and choose Edit Bookmark.
- Rename it to MNP Stats. Clear the URL field, paste the code, and tap Done.
If Chrome sync is on, a bookmark you drag to the bar on your computer shows up on your phone too.
3 · Use it on a roster page
- Open a match and tap a team name to reach its roster (the address ends in
/home or /away).
- Tap the address bar, type MNP Stats, and tap the bookmark in the suggestions. In Chrome on a phone, opening it from the Bookmarks list doesn't run it.
In Safari, just open it from the Bookmarks list.
Other ways to install
These run on their own every time you open a roster page, with no tapping. The userscript updates itself when a new version is posted here.
- Safari on iPhone or iPad
- Install the free Userscripts app from the App Store and turn it on under Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions. Then open the userscript in Safari, open the Userscripts extension menu and tap Install.
- Firefox on Android
- In Firefox, tap ⋮ → Extensions and add Violentmonkey or Tampermonkey. Then open the userscript and tap Install.
- Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a computer
- Install the Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey extension, then open the userscript and click Install.
- Chrome without a userscript manager
- Download the extension zip and unzip it. Go to
chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and pick the unzipped folder.
What it adds
Example from a real match, with player names replaced. The new columns are highlighted.
| Name | Games | Points | POPS |
| Player A (SUB) | (3) | 7.5 | 0.938 |
| Player B | (3) | 6 | 0.750 |
| Player C | (3) | 6 | 0.706 |
| Player D | (3) | 3.5 | 0.438 |
| Team | | 45 | 0.549 |
How POPS is calculated
POPS is points earned divided by points available in the games a player has finished, shown as a decimal (0.750 means 75% of the available points). Each game is worth 2.5 points per player in rounds 1 and 4 (doubles) and 3 points in rounds 2 and 3 (singles). Games still in progress aren't counted.
